He began his career in 2009 during a challenging housing market, gaining valuable experience helping homeowners navigate short sales, foreclosures, loan modifications, and complex transactions.
Before entering real estate, Bunsong spent more than a decade as a Business Systems Analyst with Washington Mutual Bank, developing expertise in consumer lending, business systems, and business development. This financial background provides an added perspective when helping clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions.
Bunsong founded Pumma Properties with a commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized service. Today, he leads a team serving buyers and sellers across residential, new construction, investment, land, relocation, commercial, property management, and other specialized real estate transactions.
